PowerPoint-Karaoke night
with friends

1. Set date and location: Choose a date and a location that is easily accessible for all participants. A living room with enough space and seating is ideal.

2. Invitation: Create a fun invitation to explain the purpose of the evening to your friends. You can use a digital invitation tool or simply a messenger like WhatsApp.

3. Number of guests: There should be a minimum of 3 people for the evening, but of course you can also invite two people. There is no upper limit and it depends on the location. If everyone has a turn to present for about 8 minutes and PowerPoint karaoke is scheduled for about 2 hours in the evening, an evening with 4-8 people is recommended.

4. Technical equipment: Make sure you have a laptop, a projector or a large TV and a remote control for the presentations. A good sound system won’t hurt either to lift the mood.
